Our interviews are -half- the price of other providers
The bigger Win/Loss providers charge between $1,000 - 1,500 per buyer interview. We think that's a crazy number. We charge $500 per buyer interview. And that's the only thing we charge for, everything else is included (surveys, software, service, analysis, recruiting, etc). Why such a disparity between us and them? We don’t know exactly. Maybe our competitors have raised too much venture capital. Maybe the Win/Loss market is still young and therefore prices are still inefficient. Either way, we think $1,000 to $1,500 is way too much.
