The big Win/Loss vendors require you to sign a 12 month agreement. We think that's crazy. Why should you shoulder all the financial risk for such a big financial decision? Here's how we do it:
If we interview 100 closed/lost deals, we can re-open about 25 of them on average and send them back into your sales funnel. And of those 25 re-opened deals, your team should be able to close about 10 of them with the new data we provide from our interviews. Plug in your ACV for those customers and subtract the monthly Kaptify fee of $5k and you’ll immediately see exactly how much new revenue Kaptify is driving. The Kaptify ROI averages between 5-10x.

On top of this, we deliver consistent insights into why people decided not to buy. This ROI is less directly measurable, but if you implement the findings, the impact on revenue can be substantial.  
We Cost Less
Our interviews are -half- the price of other providers
The bigger Win/Loss providers charge between $1,000 - 1,500 per buyer interview. We think that's a crazy number. We charge $500 per buyer interview. And that's the only thing we charge for, everything else is included (surveys, software, service, analysis, recruiting, etc). Why such a disparity between us and them? We don’t know exactly. Maybe our competitors have raised too much venture capital. Maybe the Win/Loss market is still young and therefore prices are still inefficient. Either way, we think $1,000 to $1,500 is way too much.

Good Win/Loss software is important because Win/Loss datasets are really big and complex. Most Win/Loss providers are relying on 3rd party generic tools, which tend to water down the quantity and quality of available insights.
